Playground designs in Hong Kong

Before going to university, I had worked in Hong Kong for over a year as a playground designer. The photos above shows a large playground area. I used to draw many Autocad layouts and plan the layout of playground and design the patterns on the EPDM safety tiles. The patterns work particularly well in area like Hong Kong – most of the residential housing are very tall buildings (30+ floors) so that you can view the patterns from birds-eye-view. These designs wouldn’t work so well in a 2 storey building for example!

If my memory serves me correctly, I think I had used Autocad was R12 at that time…
