Saints, Sinners & Secret Agents
Makes me laugh each time I look at these 3D renderings I had made. Why had I made them? It was during the time of doing some freelance work and a lady named Hazel had really wanted to organize some ‘networking group that genuinely helped’. She had been dissatisfied with many organizations that were designed and apparently extremely well funded to help local start-ups but in fact did not.
Anyway, to cut the long story short – she had come up with this theme “Saints, ‘CIN’-ners and Secret Agents” (CIN standing for Central Intelligence Network) for her network. I went about illustrating this in 3D Studio max to create the characters. Statement: I’m not part of any Central Intelligence Networks now!
My friends who know me in Shanghai thinks this is rather funny because I have a code name – and that is 00J. (derived from James Bond 007). This name was given to me by my friend Agent Onion… yep, sometimes we have to get silly to stay sane!

For some reason, I found myself checking out this theme first. The concept was hilarious!!! The funny characters pretty much topped it all off. This is the first time I’m seeing your work in full J-spirit and so far I’m beyond impressed!! Way to go!! I’m probably gonna leave other comments around the place

00J or Agent Onion. I actually don’t remember which one was first. I remember tho how in 00J’s living room the name “Onion” was born as a reaction to a story told by our friend MF.
And let’s be honest James Bond would be just some guy in a book shooting people without the “00″ which all by itself doesn’t necessarily add the right kind of coolness.
So if you have a really cool friend who’s name is J it’s not really a question weather you have to add the double O especially if you are on a secret mission. And combined voilà another generation of super agents is born!
